30 Day Challenge

Each night, for the next 30 days, write a list of at least 5 of you achievements or successes for the day (big and small). How does focusing on achievements/successes change your mood, self-esteem, and confidence?

Often, we're so focused on our perceived failures or shortfalls that we completely ignore or minimize all of the things we accomplish each day. What would life be like if you spent as much time and energy focusing on the positive as you do the negative?

Think about it and give it a try. What do you have to lose?
