Often they state "I don't feel like me" and do not feel "right" or authentic because feeling good feels sounfamiliar. This workshop will focus on the issue of identity and howto help attendees move clients through a figure/ground shift inAdriennewhich the negative self moves into the background and the authenticself emerges as the foreground. Attendees will learn strategies forworking with body boundaries and mirror work.
